Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please be sure to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase. This includes product type, length, texture, quantity, and shipping information.
If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Hair must be in its original, unused condition — unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.
We reserve the right to deny any complaint that falls outside of our terms and policies.
